By accessing, downloading, or using the NexusPlay platform and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NexusPlay cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating & Exploitation: Using mods, hacks, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Using hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language toward other users.
• Disruption: Interfering with the servers, infrastructure, or the enjoyment of other players.
• Illegal Use: Using the platform for money laundering, scams, or distributing illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, graphics, and platform design are the exclusive property of NexusPlay. Regarding user-generated content (UGC):

• Your Ownership: You retain all rights to the original content you create on our platform.
• Our License: You grant NexusPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute your content to provide and promote the Service.

5. Payments and Virtual Goods

NexusPlay may offer virtual currency or digital items. These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless explicitly stated through an authorized official marketplace. All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NexusPlay and its subsidiaries from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusPlay is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
